The TopTalents
department focuses on building a high-quality talent aggregation platform for
the international school industry, providing K12 international education
industrys domestic and foreign teachers and management talent search and
recruitment services, as well as international school human resources and
talent development consulting services; and through organizing regular human resources
summits, international teacher recruitment meetings, releasing talent
development and salary reports, build HR learning communities, provide
continuous increments for the development of talents in international schools,
and advocate and support the healthy flow of talents and management
optimization.
